On the next page (after you click on the mail box above) you will be asked the following:

If you were Adam Smith you would put in the following.

E-mail Address:	adams@wh-link.net
POP3 Server:	wh-link.net (same as the last half of your e-mail address)
Login Name:	adams (same as the first part of your e-mail address)
Password:	******* (The password appears in asterisks).
When done click on the login box.
